Leaving his footprint as one of the most upcoming and leading practitioners in North-East, Abhinab has years of extensive practice in Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court and at present the Gauhati High Court. Abhinab has also practice in various Civil Courts, Consumer Courts and various other Tribunals etc.

While Practicing in New Delhi, Abhinab was in the chamber of Kapil Gupta & Associates and after moving his base to Gauhati for a few years he was practicing in the chamber of Advocate Neelanjan Deka.
